The parent company of China Air Express Co., Ltd., Air China Cargo, obtained the C-TPAT certification issued by US Customs in May 2024.In accordance with US Customs requirements, on-site audits must take place within one year of the company's initial C-TPAT certification.

现拟聘请专业第三方协助准备C-TPAT审计的材料、提供审计现场人员支持、协助北美当地落实审计要求、为企业提供审计咨询服务和管理软件、系统进行审计相关的培训，以确保国货航、民航快递顺利持有C-TPAT资质。

We intend to hire a qualified third-party to assist in the preparation of C-TPAT audit materials, provide on-site personnel support for the audits, aid in local compliance with audit requirements in North America, offer audit consulting services along with management software and systems, and conduct audit-related training, ensuring that Air China Cargo and China Air Express maintain their C-TPAT certification.

Others: China Air Express Co., Ltd. published two sourcing announcements from September 20 to September 27, 2024, and from October 9 to October 15, 2024.During the sourcing period, only one supplier, Veroot LLC, expressed interest.In accordance with the relevant requirements of the China Air Express procurement system documents, it is proposed to proceed with the procurement of the C-TPAT on-site audit service project through a single source method.
